Clean, great location and well appointed, although no port for mobile phone charging.
It was clean and beautiful inside.
The Fullerton is absolutely stunning. They have done an amazing job of highlighting an iconic piece of Sydneys heritage and made it accessible for people to enjoy and learn from. The room was perfect with a view of the clock tower and the atrium restaurant was a great place to sit, look up and admire the adaptive reuse of the GPO. The free historical tour was brilliant. You must take the tour if you visit to learn the history of the GPO. I am so pleased to see the building has been saved so that it may be enjoyed for years to come and I cant wait to come back on my next visit to Sydney. The staff were so lovely and helpful and really added to this incredible experience.

fabulously appointed rooms, excellent and efficient service, iPad was easy to use to access room services and the location couldnt be more perfect. It was old school luxury that is hard to find these days.

Staff are great, and location
The heritage classic building was fascinating. Service was supreme, and leaving a birthday cake and card for my husband on his 55th birthday was delightful.

Beautiful buildings, professional staff with brilliant senses of humour who went above and beyond to help! One example was we asked if we could get a wheat pack heated for my sore back and the lady said she would check with manager! They delivered a microwave to the room to ensure the heat would always be available. Nothing was too hard for any staff and the cleaning was second to none! All staff were friendly and helpful and an asset to the hotel! The gym was great, the cafes and restaurants brilliant! Could have had a swim in the bathtub!! Excellent hotel and I can't rate the staff enough
